IP / TMT / data protection

On a regular basis, our firm assists those active in the world of E-commerce, IT and communications services, as well as IT security. We generally support these types of companies in dispute situations.

Our clients may also benefit from our competence in intellectual property within these very different fields, whether in the context of the publication of artistic works or of 3-D technology. From time to time, we carry out the review or drafting of licence contracts or contracts for the assignment of intellectual property rights.

Moreover, although we do not undertake the alignment of companies for conformity with the provisions applicable to aspects of data protection, we do become involved in the pre-dispute situation, thus permitting the persons concerned to assess their rights with respect to those responsible for data processing. We also assist the latter regarding their obligations arising from the rights of individuals to access their personal data.
